Easy to use, with second tray comes in handy. Print quality is high and speed is acceptable. Touch screen is a nice touch, doesn't need to turn on computer to use it.

I've owned numerous HP and Lexmark printers over the last 15 years and the HP 8500 Premier is by far the best printer on the market for the small business owner and a large family (personal use). The features are second to none and the print quality is superior. I love the duplex feature and have it set to a standard setting under my childrens' user accounts. This printer is very efficient with ink use and even is better than most laser printers.
Overall, I highly recommend this printer for both business use and personal use...You can't go wrong!

I looked at a lot of reviews on this printer before buying it. Most of the reviews seemed to indicate that you would either get a good printer or a lemon strait out of the box. I have had no problems, this HP has worked great right from the moment I plugged it in. It seems to be a little noisy and the scanner seems to be hard to get a crystal clear duplicate. All in all it works great and the wireless features are very cool.
